　首先先在海灘上進行SUP的說明，然後在淺灘處進行站立練習。採用兩人一艘的方式進行，可以輪流休息，練習更有效率。

當可以站立之後，再進行前進、轉向、後退等基本技術練習。在單人練習完成後，再進行雙人同乘練習。

最後是自由時間，可以兩人輪流、或也可兩人一同享受SUP的樂趣，SUP繫有安全繩索，可以避免被海浪沖走的危險。
